Assigning Client Representatives for Follow-Up Tasks
This document outlines the steps to efficiently assign a staff member to a prospect member or a training client for follow-up. Assigning a staff member as a client representative ensures a streamlined process for managing tasks and communications.
Step 1
To assign a staff member to a client, referred to as assigning a client representative, there are two available methods.

Step 2
The first method is during the creation of a client profile in the Creation section. Here, you can select the client representative, which by default is the currently logged-in user.

Step 3
Alternatively, you can change the client representative by accessing a client's profile, whether they are a member, prospect, or training client. Navigate to the designated area in the profile to select a different client representative. Once selected, the new client representative will be assigned.

Step 4
As a result, all tasks related to follow-ups will automatically be assigned to the designated staff member for that client.
