Branch Configuration Guide

This document provides detailed steps to manage branch or tenant-level configurations. These settings include various branch-specific details such as contact information, logos, and billing details, which are crucial for accurate representation and communication.


Step 1


Access the admin section to view branch or tenant-level configurations. This section allows you to configure key information that identifies each branch.

Search for the tenants to see a list of all branches. To modify a specific branch, such as 'Mulund,' select it. You have the option to upload a custom logo if the branch has a different brand identity.

Assign an identifiable branch name and configure additional settings such as primary and secondary languages, contact numbers, email addresses, and website details.

Enter required details such as the website, tax or billing number, and time zone. This ensures accurate operational settings for the branch.

Provide the branch address, including a Google Map location for precision. Set the billing name as it will appear on member invoices, ensuring clear identification of the billing entity.

If the branch is integrated with an external system, input the external billing number. For multi-group or franchise operations, select the appropriate franchise group. Additional legal details such as the EBN number or company number should also be included.

Finally, determine the center status for the branch to complete the configuration process.
