Churned Client Report Guide
This document outlines the process of generating and analyzing the Churned Client Report. This report identifies clients whose memberships have expired and have not been renewed within a specified time frame. Follow these steps to effectively access and interpret this data.
Step 1
To access the Churned Client Report, navigate to the Reports section. Within this section, locate the Client area or simply scroll down to find the Churned Client Report, which will provide the necessary details on client attrition.

Step 2
The Churned Client Report details members who have not renewed their memberships. By clicking on this report, you will gain insight into the number of clients whose memberships expired and were not renewed in the past month.

Step 3
Utilize the date range selection to customize the timeframe for your report. Note that since we are examining churned clients, the selected date range should always be in the past.

Step 4
For instance, you may choose a date range from 1st October to the day before today, as memberships are active on the current date. Select your desired date range and click on 'Generate' to view a list of clients with expired memberships that were not renewed.

Step 5
The Churned Client Report will display the names of clients and the specific types of memberships that were not renewed, such as gym memberships, personal training sessions, or group classes.

Step 6
All memberships billed to clients within your selected date range will be displayed. For example, if you choose a date range from August to September, you can view all memberships that were not renewed during these months.

Step 7
The report will list types of memberships, such as personal training and gym memberships, as well as group classes. These entries indicate members who did not renew their memberships within the selected timeframe.

Step 8
In summary, the Churned Client Report in the Fitness First software effectively tracks client attrition by highlighting expired and non-renewed memberships. Thank you for using this feature.
