Clube Retail Transaction Guide

This document provides a comprehensive overview of conducting retail transactions using the Klubbe platform. Follow these steps to seamlessly manage and process sales through the point of sale (POS) interface.


Step 1


In this video, we will discuss how to facilitate a retail transaction in Klubbe. We begin at the starting point of the sales pipeline.

Step 2


Navigate to the Point of Sale (POS) section. Here, the first task is to search for a client. In this scenario, a client has been previously searched.

If a client has not been pre-searched, use the search function to locate them. Begin by clearing the cart to start anew. Proceed to search for a client, such as an ex-member.

In this section, there are three tabs available: Subscriptions for signing up for subscriptions, Charges for billing a customer, and Retail for viewing all current retail items in stock.

The items listed come from your product SKU configurations and current inventory. For instance, if a member wishes to purchase a short-sleeve top, click on the item.

Step 6


There are 100 units in stock. Select the item, and if there were additional variations, such as size options, they would be displayed here. In this instance, only one variant is available.

Step 7


Click "Continue" to modify the quantity or add items to the cart. You may continue adding items if necessary. With one item in the cart, proceed to checkout. The total amount will be displayed, and you can continue with an offline payment.

If you have an integrated POS configured within the system, the option will appear. Alternatively, if using a disconnected offline system, complete the swipe transaction and enter the information manually. Both methods are supported.
