Collecting Payments Using POS Hardware

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of using integrated point of sale (POS) hardware to efficiently collect payments. By following these steps, you can ensure that transactions are recorded accurately and processed smoothly.


Step 1


Begin by navigating to the point of sale section. Select the client or prospect for whom you want to record a transaction.

After selecting the client, choose the contract or membership that the client intends to purchase. Review the payment information carefully to ensure all details are correct.

For the down payment, select the option labeled "Charge on Terminal or POS Hardware." This will initiate the transaction. If the device is connected properly, it will prompt you to tap or enter the card. In the event of a transaction failure, a payment failed error will appear.
