Enabling Staff Appointment and Class Booking Permissions
This document outlines the process for enabling staff members to book personal training sessions, appointments, or classes. The process involves adjusting staff permissions to facilitate such bookings.
Step 1
To enable a staff member to book personal training sessions, appointments, or classes, it is essential that the appropriate rights are assigned. This functionality is dependent on the permissions granted to the staff member.

Step 2
Begin by navigating to the 'Settings' tab to assign the necessary permissions. Locate the 'Staff Permission' section and select the staff member whose rights you wish to update. For example, a membership consultant may need permission to book classes.

Step 3
Click on the designated section for scheduling. Within this section, you will find two options: one for standard appointment and class creation, and another for admin-level creation, which involves the management of categories for both appointments and classes.

Step 4
Ensure the necessary settings are configured for the staff member, granting them the ability to book appointments and classes effectively.
