Facebook Lead Integration and Prospect Management in CRM

This document outlines the steps to integrate the system with Facebook, enabling the automatic capture of new leads. Once a user fills out a Facebook lead form, their information is seamlessly transferred to the CRM, instantly creating a prospect profile.


Step 1


Begin by verifying that the system is integrated with Facebook to automatically capture new leads. When an individual fills out the Facebook lead form, their details are directly transferred into the CRM, and a prospect is promptly created.

Step 2


Access the CRM to locate the newly created prospect. Navigate to the prospect list page from the main menu. Here, you will observe an identifier under the "Source" column labeled as Facebook, signifying that the lead originated from Facebook.

Step 3


Select the client profile by clicking on it. On the left side of the profile page, review the client details provided in the lead form, including information about the channel and source, identified as Facebook.

Step 4


On the right side of the profile page, view the pinned notes automatically generated by the system for leads acquired through Facebook. These notes provide details about the specific campaign running on Facebook that resulted in the generation of this lead.
