FitnessForce Multilingual Setup Guide

This document outlines the steps for utilizing the multilingual capabilities of the FitnessForce software. FitnessForce offers language customization for various sections, enhancing user experience by providing interface and communication options in multiple languages.

Step 1

In this video, we will discuss the multilingual capabilities of the FitnessForce software. FitnessForce incorporates language options across three distinct areas, the first being user interfaces.

Step 2

The first area we will explore is the user interfaces designed for the backend users of the FitnessForce application. From the login screen, you can select the preferred language based on the options enabled for your company. In the demo company used here, English and Arabic are available.

Step 3

Selecting Arabic will immediately modify the interface layout and content. Everything designed by FitnessForce will switch to Arabic. Now, let's examine the second section, which covers member-facing interfaces.

Step 4

An example of a member-facing interface is the online purchasing journey. Here, you can easily switch between English and Arabic. This switch adjusts the interface to the member's chosen language. However, certain names may still appear in English if the secondary language is not configured. This leads us to the third section, master configurations.

Step 5

Different languages, such as Spanish or others enabled for your company, can be configured. For instance, in another company, English and French are enabled.

Step 6

When accessing examples like a rate card, the primary plan name is displayed regardless of the language selected. However, you can configure the language settings for plan names based on your preferences.

Step 7

These configurations apply to various aspects, including branch names, waiver and agreement terms, and other potentially member-facing elements. The final section we will discuss is member communications. Navigate to settings, access the admin section, and examine email templates.

Step 8

Upon opening an email template, such as a welcome email, you will see options to configure it in both English and French. This is because the branch location has French enabled as a secondary language. You can design the emailer in both English and French.

Step 9

This multilingual functionality extends to text messaging templates, WhatsApp templates, and push notification templates.
