Generating Subscription Sales Reports

This document provides a detailed overview of how to generate and interpret sales reports by service category. The process involves analyzing data related to subscriptions sold, payment details, membership specifics, and other relevant metrics. Follow these steps to gain insights into sales performance and subscription statuses effectively.

Step 1

Navigate to the Reports section to access the sales by service category. This report is ideal for reviewing sold subscriptions, showing the categories of services sold in bulk. For example, if there are ten members with a 4G restricted coaching subscription, this report will provide a summary.

Step 2

In the report, you will find the billing amounts for all ten members, which include the amounts excluding and including taxes, as well as the amount collected for each service type. Different service types such as cricket coaching, fitness studio, group classes, gym floor access, karate membership, and personal training are listed.

Step 3

Below, you can view detailed billing information for each member, including the product type, category, membership validity, and session details if the product is session-based (e.g., personal training for one month per session). Session information is also included here.

Step 4

Additional details such as purchase date, start and end dates, and financial breakdowns (amounts excluding and including tax, total, paid, and balance amounts) are provided. The report also indicates who created it and the sales representative involved. This is how you can view the sales by service category report, which is the most comprehensive report available.

Step 5

In addition, there is a subscription detail report. This report offers insight into subscriptions that are active, sold, and the status of their invoices. It shows whether a subscription is voided, pending mandatory action, or active.
