How to configure the online joining portal

How to Configure the Portal

You have control over what your members see and experience on the signup portal. Here are the key configuration points:

1. Making Plans Available for Online Sale

Not all plans you create are automatically available online. You must enable them individually.

  1. Navigate to Settings in your staff portal.
  2. Search for and select Plans.
  3. Choose the subscription plan you wish to make available online.
  4. In the plan configuration screen, scroll down to the "Advanced Settings" section.
  5. Find the "Sales Channel" options.
  6. Toggle ON the switch for "Consumer facing (Website, app, API)".
  7. Click Save.

Repeat this for every plan you want to sell through the online portal. If this switch is OFF, the plan will not appear on the "Select the plan" page for members.

2. Integration with Your Gym's Website

There are several ways to link from your website to the signup portal to create the best experience for your members.

  • Option 1: General Link:
  • What it does: Links to the main portal page where the member chooses their location first.
  • Use Case: Ideal for a general "Join Now" button on your main website's homepage.
  • URL: https://demo.website.unifiedfitnessplatform.ai/tenants (Use your actual portal URL).
  • Option 2: Location-Specific Link:
  • What it does: Bypasses the location selection screen and takes the member directly to the plan selection page for a specific gym.
  • Use Case: Perfect for "Join Now" buttons on individual location pages (microsites) of your website.
  • URL: The URL will include a unique identifier for the specific location. (Example format: .../tenants/TENANT-ID/subscriptions).
  • Option 3: Plan-Specific Link:
  • What it does: Bypasses both location and plan selection, taking the member directly to the personal information form for a specific plan at a specific location.
  • Use Case: Excellent for marketing campaigns or pricing table buttons on your website where you are promoting a single, specific membership offer (e.g., "Sign up for our 12-Month Plan NOW!").
  • URL: The URL will include identifiers for both the location and the specific plan.
