How to Select a Membership Start Date on the Member Portal

This document outlines the process of selecting and modifying the start date for a plan on the member portal. The steps will guide users through navigating to the billing page and selecting a start date based on the system's configuration.


Step 1


Begin by accessing the member portal and selecting your desired plan. Enter the required details and proceed to the billing page. At this stage, the system presents the option to choose a start date. If the alternate start date setting is activated in the backend, a date picker becomes available, allowing you to select a valid future start date.

If the alternate start date setting is not activated, the option to modify the start date will not appear, and no dropdown menu will be available.
