Lead and Prospect Management Guide
This document provides a comprehensive overview of tracking and managing leads within the CRM system. It covers accessing the sales pipeline, viewing and understanding prospect details, and navigating through client interactions.
Step 1
Access the sales pipeline from the CRM main menu, which allows you to track and store all your leads and prospects, along with their origins. The entire sales journey begins from this point.

Step 2
If the prospect is an opportunity within the sales pipeline, you can see the various stages, providing clarity on the opportunity's status. Open any prospect to view their complete details, including all interaction notes and updates, on the client profile page.

Step 3
On the left side, view the stored member information such as the member's name, channel, source, contact number, communication history, and lead source, whether it originated from a website or social ad.

Step 4
All information is visible in a concise view on the client profile page. To see interactions, look under the overview and activities section, detailing all client interactions so far. For a broader view, visit the prospect list page where you can view, search, and filter leads in an organized manner.

Step 5
The prospect list page can be accessed under CRM prospects.
