Lead Scoring and Qualification in Fitness First

This document outlines the procedure to mark and score leads as hot, cold, or warm. It also provides guidance on setting lead scores, forecasted potential amounts, and expected closure months within the Fitness First sales pipeline.


Step 1


Begin by reviewing the video, which will guide you through marking your leads as hot, cold, or warm, and setting lead scores using manual qualification tags in the Fitness First system.

Navigate to the sales pipeline to view a list of all opportunities. Open the specific opportunity you wish to update. In the convertibility section, assign a score to the lead as hot, cold, or warm based on your assessment. You can also input the forecasted potential amount and specify the expected month of closure.

For instance, if you anticipate closing the opportunity in May, update the expected closure month accordingly. Thank you for following these steps.
