Member Profile Search Instructions

This document outlines the steps to perform a company search for member profiles or contact numbers within the software. The process ensures that duplicate profiles are not created, thereby maintaining the integrity of member records across multiple centers. It emphasizes the importance of searching by contact number or name to efficiently locate existing profiles.


Step 1


To initiate the search process, begin by searching for the member's profile using their contact number or name. This is crucial for identifying if a profile has already been created, especially when encountering a member for the first time.

Search for the member's profile using the contact number. This step prevents the creation of duplicate profiles, which is why it is recommended to always search by contact number first.

If the profile has not been created with the entered contact number, the software will indicate no existing profiles within the selected club or any other centers.

Alternatively, perform a search by the member's name. If a profile exists, it will display as "One Result Found" under the search results.

By clicking on the profile, you can view the details. This step is also useful for identifying if the member's profile exists in different centers other than the one currently being searched.

Review the profile in question. Given that the software is centralized, one profile is utilized across all listed centers. This centralized approach ensures that profiles are not duplicated, even if the member has visited multiple centers, such as West 92nd Street.

For members visiting different centers, such as transitioning from West 92nd Street to Flatiron, the software facilitates seamless profile access. Members can inquire about membership options without creating duplicate profiles, as the system allows searches by name or number to retrieve existing profiles.
