Meta Integration Guide for Fitness Force

This document outlines the seamless integration process between Fitness Force and Meta platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram. It highlights how to automate lead generation from social media ads and synchronize audience data to create targeted marketing campaigns efficiently.

Step 1

Fitness Force offers robust capabilities to interact with paid media resources and platforms. This document focuses on the two-way integration with Meta. The first integration allows the leads generated from Facebook's or Instagram's advertisements to be automatically pushed into Fitness Force.

Step 2

The second integration involves exporting member, ex-member, and prospect data to Facebook or Meta's custom audience. In this step, we will examine an example of the first integration, where leads are transferred into Fitness Force. Currently, the prospects list displays John Doe, with the source specified as Facebook.

Step 3

By selecting John Doe, it is evident in the notes section that this lead originated from a Facebook campaign named SF, using the form titled Free Tour November 2025. When a lead is generated via Meta's instant ads and lead forms, it is seamlessly transferred to Fitness Force, triggering its own automation journey.

Step 6

Within the Facebook section, enable the Facebook integration by providing the necessary configurations. The crucial aspect here is to explore the audience source type, with nearly six categories that can be synchronized live with Meta's custom audiences.

Step 7

These categories include existing prospects you may wish to target on Meta's platforms like Instagram and Facebook. You might also synchronize active clients to generate lookalike audiences based on your existing members.

Step 8

Another option is to synchronize active clients who do not currently engage in personal training, allowing you to promote personal training-specific advertisements. Additionally, ex-clients who have been inactive for over 90 days can be targeted for win-back campaigns. The last available segment for synchronization includes blacklisted clients.
