Mobile App User Guide

This document provides a comprehensive walkthrough of a member-facing mobile app, which is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The guide outlines the app's functionalities, from logging in to managing memberships, accessing classes, and booking services. It is designed to enhance user engagement through a variety of features while ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.


Step 1


Begin by familiarizing yourself with our mobile application designed for members. This app is available as a white-label solution on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

On the login page, members have multiple login options: phone number and password, email and password, or using an OTP (One-Time Password).

Members who do not have a password can use OTP for logging in, eliminating the need for staff to assist with password resets. Additionally, users can switch languages, with various options available in the member preferences area.

For members without an account, they can easily sign up by clicking on 'Sign Up'. This will present a form for registration. Agree to receive promotional messages and click on 'Sign Up' to proceed.

After clicking 'Sign Up', members will be prompted to enter an OTP. Retrieve the OTP and enter it to continue the registration process.

Next, members are required to input their phone number and click 'Log In'. An OTP will be sent to them, which they need to enter to access the app.

Once the OTP is entered, the member is successfully registered and logged in. Their profile is created in the CRM system, where it is displayed as a new prospect for potential interaction.

Members can book classes, appointments, view memberships, add-ons, PT session balances, and membership expiry details through the app.

Members can also purchase new memberships or subscriptions. For new prospects, existing memberships are not displayed, but future bookings and class appointments for the upcoming week can be viewed.
