Personal Training Appointment Booking Guide

This document provides a comprehensive walkthrough for booking personal training appointments using the Schedule feature. It covers the necessary steps from verifying active membership to scheduling either physical or virtual sessions with a trainer. The process ensures that members are able to efficiently book training sessions in accordance with their preferences and availability.


Step 1


To begin booking a personal training appointment, navigate to the Schedule feature, where you have the ability to manage one-on-one sessions.

The one-on-one appointments, including personal trainings and fitness consultations, can be booked under the Fitness Calendar. Ensure that the member holds a valid membership before proceeding with the booking.

Verify the membership status by checking for active members. You can find all members listed in the Fitness Calendar.

To book an appointment, click on "Book." You will need to search for the client whose appointment is being scheduled.

Once the list is displayed, select the appropriate member. Next, choose the purpose of the appointment from the options provided.

Decide whether the appointment will be physical or virtual. A physical appointment involves both the trainer and member meeting at the club, while a virtual appointment can be conducted online.

For a physical appointment, select the date, time, and trainer's name. For a virtual appointment, also include a link for the online session, such as a Google Meet or Zoom link.

Once the appointment is booked, the member will receive a confirmation message. Proceed to select the trainer's name and finalize the date and time.

If necessary, make any edits to the booking time. Choose a room if it is required for the appointment.

If a room is not compulsory, click "Create Appointment." Utilize the "Manage Availability" feature to handle any conflicts, or select "Repeat" for recurring weekly bookings.

Schedule recurring appointments, such as every Monday and Wednesday, or set them up for the entire month. Then, click "Create Appointment" to finalize the booking.

Confirm by clicking "Yes" to create the appointment. The appointment details with the member are now visible, confirming a successful scheduling of the personal training session.
