Personal Training Revenue and Client Reporting Guide
This document provides a detailed process for accessing and analyzing revenue data associated with personal training services. By following these steps, users can gain a comprehensive understanding of client distribution and revenue attribution within different service categories, with a focus on personal training.
Step 1
In this overview, we will explore the methods of accessing and analyzing revenue details specific to personal training. We will examine two or three different sources to gain a comprehensive understanding of revenue and client perspectives in personal training.

Begin at the Sales Pipeline and Sales CRM starting point. Navigate to the Reports section to access the "Client by Service Category" report. This report provides a breakdown of clients across various service categories.

Step 3
Upon running the report, you will see client counts across different categories: 60 in personal training, 89 in gym floor, and 9 in membership. These figures illustrate the client distribution within each service category.

Step 4
For a detailed list, apply a filter to display only those clients in the personal training category with active memberships. Next, access the "Invoice Detail Report" to further analyze revenue information.

Step 5
The "Invoice Detail Report" aggregates revenue data from invoices across all service categories, focusing on personal training. It provides detailed invoice line items and revenue attribution for each category.

Step 6
At the top of the report, a summary showcases the total personal training revenue collected, amounting to 133,778. It also displays revenue data for other service categories within the specified time frame. The next focus is on session-based revenue.

The revenue data based on sales within a specific date range is accessible. Return to the Reports section to select the "Appointment by Category Report."

The "Appointment by Category Report" provides revenue insights based on session conduction. Filter the appointments by the personal training category for a detailed view.

This report displays all conducted personal training appointments along with the session revenue. It breaks down revenue attributed to each session based on membership status and other parameters.

Step 10
Ultimately, the report indicates the total revenue booked. By analyzing these three reports, users can obtain complete visibility into client penetration and revenue generation in personal training.

Step 11
Users can further ascertain the revenue booked for personal training within a specific month or date range. Additionally, the "Appointment by Category Report" elucidates revenue accrued through conducted sessions.
