Pixel Integration Guide: Meta, TikTok & Google Analytics

Overview

Measure the success of your marketing campaigns by integrating your own tracking pixels directly into your online joining / purchase portal. This feature allows you to track visitor behavior, sign-ups, and revenue in real-time on your own ad platforms.

Supported Platforms

We currently support direct integration with:

  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel: Best for tracking ads on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Best for general traffic analysis and Google Ads.
  • TikTok Pixel: Best for tracking ads on TikTok.

What Is Tracked?

Once enabled, our system automatically sends the following events to your accounts:

  1. Page View: When a potential member visits your page.
  2. View Content: When a member views a specific membership plan.
  3. Start Trial: When a member adds a plan to their cart or starts the sign-up process.
  4. Initiate Checkout: When a member reaches the payment page.
  5. Purchase: When a payment is successfully completed. (Includes revenue & currency data)

Benefits

  • Retargeting: Show ads to people who visited your sign-up page but didn't finish.
  • Conversion Tracking: Know exactly which ad brought in a paying member.
  • Dynamic Product Ads (DPA): Show the exact membership plan a user looked at in your ads (supported on TikTok).

How to Enable

Currently, these integrations are configured by our support team.

  1. Locate your Pixel ID / Measurement ID:
    • Meta Pixel ID: Found in Facebook Events Manager (e.g., 1234567890).
    • GA4 Measurement ID: Found in Google Analytics Admin (starts with G-).
    • TikTok Pixel ID: Found in TikTok Ads Manager.

  1. Contact Support:

Send an email to our support team with the subject "Enable Analytics Pixels" and include:

    • Your Business Name / Location
    • The Platform you want to enable (Meta, basic GA4, or TikTok)
    • Your Pixel ID(s)

  1. Verification:

Once confirmed by support, you can verify the setup using tools like "Meta Pixel Helper" or by watching the "Realtime" view in your analytics dashboard.
