Processing Retail Sales in POS

This document provides a detailed process for facilitating a retail transaction within the system. It guides users through each step of the sales pipeline, from accessing the point of sale to completing a purchase transaction.

Welcome! This guide will walk you through the process of facilitating a retail transaction in starting from the sales pipeline.

Step 2


Navigate to the Point of Sale (POS) section. The first task is to search for a client. In this scenario, a client has already been searched before.

If a client has not been previously searched, simply use the search functionality to find them. Clear the cart to start fresh, and search for a client, such as an ex-member.

Here, you will find three tabs: Subscriptions, Charges, and Retail. Use the Subscriptions tab for signing up new subscriptions. If there are any charges to bill to a customer, use the Charges tab. For retail items currently in stock, select the Retail tab.

The items displayed come from your product SKU configurations and current inventory. Suppose the client wants to purchase a short-sleeve top; simply click on it.

With 100 items in stock, select the item. If there were multiple variations, such as size (large, medium), they would be displayed here. However, only one variant is configured.

Step 7


After clicking Continue, you have the option to adjust the quantity or add more items to the cart. With one item in the cart, proceed to checkout. The total amount will be displayed, allowing you to proceed with an offline payment.

If an integrated POS system is configured, it will appear; otherwise, a disconnected offline system can be used. Swipe the card and input the transaction information here. Both options are supported. Thank you.
