Retail Product Sale and Return Process Guide
This document provides a step-by-step overview of the process to return a retail product. Initially, it outlines the procedure to sell a retail item before moving on to executing a return. The instructions assume you are starting from the point of sale page.
Step 1
Begin by navigating to the point of sale page where you'll start the process of selling a retail item. This will lay the groundwork for proceeding with the return.

Step 2
Search for the client to whom you will be selling the retail item. After identifying the client, select the 'retails' option from the available categories such as subscriptions, charges, or retails.

Step 3
Choose the desired product, for instance, the Noise Airwave A, priced at $9.99. After selecting the product, click on 'continue.'

Step 4
You have the option to adjust the quantity or add other products to the cart. For this demonstration, proceed with a simple offline checkout using a single product. Click on 'continue with the payment' to proceed.

Step 5
Finalize the payment by clicking 'continue.' Once the payment is completed, navigate to the client's profile section by clicking the designated button.

Step 6
With the client profile open, access the 'transactions' tab. Here, you will find the recent transaction, such as transaction number 1178.

Step 7
Locate the transaction and click on 'return.' Identify the product, in this case, the Noise Airwave Red P, and confirm the return of the specified quantity. Proceed with the return process.

Step 8
Specify the reason for the return, such as a damaged item or equipment malfunction. The system will display the total refund amount for the sales return. Confirm the transaction completion.
