Step 1
To assign a default client representative for web leads, begin by navigating to the admin section and locating the branch settings. Within the branch settings, identify the option for the web lead default client representative. Here, you can select the name of the default client representative.

Step 2
By setting a default client representative, any new leads received through integrations or the website will be automatically assigned to this representative. All notifications triggered by new leads will be directed to this selected representative, using their email address for web lead notifications.
