Setting Automated Appointment Reminders
This process enables administrators to configure automated appointment reminders for members. The feature allows sending notifications through WhatsApp, email, or SMS. Reminders can be configured to alert both members and staff prior to appointments, ensuring preparedness and effective time management.
Step 1
To begin setting a reminder for members before their appointment, navigate to the automation settings at the admin level. This feature is accessible through the administration panel.

Step 2
Create custom automations and label it, for example, as "Appointment Reminder." This setup allows two configurations: sending a reminder to the member via WhatsApp or email, and setting a task reminder for the staff an hour before the appointment.

Step 3
You can configure the reminder for multiple centers or a single center as needed. Once your selections are made, click "Save" to confirm.

Step 4
In this section, define when the reminder should be sent to the client, based on the appointment date.

Step 5
Select the appointment date here and save the trigger. Next, choose the communication method (WhatsApp, email, or SMS) for sending the reminder. For instance, select WhatsApp as the preferred method.

Step 6
Set the time frame for sending the reminder, such as a day, an hour, or a specified number of minutes before the appointment. For example, configure it for two hours prior. Upon selecting the time unit, the dropdown will display options, like 10 minutes. If you choose two hours, it converts to 120 minutes. Select the appropriate WhatsApp template under content.

Step 7
Submit the configuration to finalize the automation. As a result, any appointment booked will trigger a message to be sent to the member two hours before the start time.
