Setting Staff Availability and Working Hours
This document provides a comprehensive process for staff members to set their availability and working hours. Follow these steps to efficiently configure your schedule and manage your work timings.
Step 1
Locate your profile by scrolling to the bottom left corner where your name and profile picture (if set) are displayed. Click on it to access the profile and preferences section.

Step 2
Once inside, navigate to the availability section. Here, you can create a new schedule if none exists. Begin by selecting "Create a New Schedule."

Step 3
Name your schedule. For example, you might call it "December 2025." Select a category to which the schedule applies, such as sales, personal training, group classes, or any fitness-related activities. Categories previously mapped in the staff section will appear here.

Step 4
Verify the available categories; for this staff, only sales might be configured. Set the duration of the schedule, either as ongoing or specific, such as December 2025, to align with your availability.

Step 5
Input your working hours. For instance, specify a shift from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Step 6
Confirm your entries to ensure accuracy.

Step 7
If you work split shifts, add another time slot, such as resuming at 4:00 PM. You may then apply this availability to Monday through Thursday as needed.

Step 8
The system will automatically copy the availability settings. You can also input override dates for exceptions, like being unavailable on December 15th for personal reasons. Ensure to save your completed schedule.
