Staff User Management Guide
In this section, you will learn how to manage system users effectively. This includes tasks such as suspending users, changing their reporting manager, adjusting access permissions, and updating user profiles. Follow these steps to ensure efficient user management within the system.
Step 1
Begin by navigating to the admin section of the system. Once there, search for the staff section to access user management options.

Step 2
Upon accessing the staff section, you will see the entire user list, which is essentially your staff list. To manage a specific staff member, locate them and use the Actions menu. To suspend a user, select the 'Suspend' option and confirm the suspension.

Step 3
Suspending a user will restrict their access to the software. If you need to troubleshoot or edit their password, click on the 'Password' option and assist them in setting a new password. You also have the option to terminate the staff member if needed.

Step 4
Confirm any actions you wish to take. To change a staff member's reporting manager, select 'Change Reporting Manager' and choose a new manager. To adjust their access permissions, click on the appropriate option and make the necessary changes.

Step 5
You have the ability to remove, add, or modify access permissions as required. Additionally, manage their availability by selecting 'Manage Availability' and setting their schedule according to their assigned category, such as sales or personal training.

Step 6
To edit a staff member's profile, click on their profile name. Here, you can change their picture, role, and access template. You can also adjust tenant access and specify if they can conduct classes or serve as a client representative. The advanced settings allow you to input further profile details.

Step 7
For public profiles, enable the public bio option. Once enabled, you can provide a YouTube URL and additional bio information. This information will appear on member-facing interfaces when they view the club's trainers. Lastly, define whether the user has unrestricted access from any location or restrict access to specific centers by configuring IP settings.
