Using Help and Support in FitnessForce
This document provides a comprehensive overview of using FitnessForce's built-in help and support features. It outlines how to access contextual guides for various screens, utilize interactive video tours, and submit feedback or issues effectively. Follow these steps to maximize your understanding and usage of FitnessForce’s support functionalities.
Step 1
Begin by exploring the in-built help and support capabilities of FitnessForce. While on a screen, if assistance is needed, you can access detailed support specific to that screen.

Step 2
Each screen offers a contextual help guide. For instance, while on the tasks screen, a help guide specific to tasks will be available. If you switch to the active clients screen, it will provide guidance pertinent to active clients.

Step 3
Returning to the tasks screen, you can click on the help guide for tasks. This will initiate an interactive video tour covering various aspects such as tasks overview, task creation, task completion, and managing called or due tasks.

Step 4
Explore the option of working on called tasks by selecting "Begin Guide" which will guide you through the necessary steps.

Step 5
This guide is tailored to assist in managing call tasks. Navigate to the task section via the left CRM tab, which leads to a page displaying all due tasks.

Step 6
Observe the audio-video interactive guide on task management. Return to the FitnessForce task screen to utilize the in-built help guide specific to that section. This guide provides an audio-video tour on utilizing these features.

Step 7
To raise a ticket or provide feedback, access the profile section and select feedback. This allows you to describe your issue in detail.

Step 8
For instance, if the campaign list fails to load, capture a screenshot, annotate it if necessary, add comments, and submit the feedback directly through the platform.

Step 9
Once submitted, you can view your feedback or issue on the portal. Thank you for using FitnessForce support features.
