Viewing and Analyzing Subscription Sales Reports
This document provides a comprehensive overview of generating and analyzing reports related to sales by service category and subscriptions. These reports are instrumental in understanding the distribution and status of memberships and services sold.
Step 1
Navigate to the Reports section to find the "Sales by Service Category" report. This report provides insights into the types of services sold in bulk, such as if ten members purchased 4G restricted coaching. It is the most effective way to review service category sales.

Step 2
In this section, you will find details about the billed amounts for all ten members. The report shows the amount excluding tax, the applicable tax amount, and the total collected amount for each service category. Types of services include cricket coaching, fitness studio, group class, gym floor, karate membership, and personal training.

Step 3
Below, you will see a list of all members billed for these memberships, along with additional details such as product type, category type, membership validity, and sessions if applicable (e.g., personal training one month per session).

Step 4
This section provides purchase date, start and end dates, amount verification including and excluding tax, total amount, paid amount, and balance due. Additionally, you will see the creator of the report and the sales representative associated with it. This gives a comprehensive view of the "Sales by Service Category" report.

Step 5
Beyond the sales report, there's also the "Subscription Detail Report." This report indicates the subscriptions' statuses, such as active, sold, or those requiring mandatory action, and whether they are voided or pending.

Step 6
These two reports are essential for tracking and analyzing subscription-related data. Thank you for reviewing this guide.
