Viewing and Exporting Club Member Lists> This document provides a comprehensive overview of how to access and manage the list of members associated with the club. It explains how to view active members, differentiate between members and non-members, and export member data when necessary. This guide is particularly useful for club staff and administrators managing member information based on the selected center.


Step 1


To view all members associated with the club, navigate to the appropriate center. For instance, if you are at the Flatiron center, you can display all active members registered there.

Proceed to the client management section. This section pertains to all club members, whether active or former. Focus on the active clients segment to view current members.

Upon accessing the active clients segment, your name will be listed under 'client rep' if you have logged in with your staff ID. You can remove your name to view the count of total active members. This section provides a comprehensive list of all active club members.

Administrators have the option to export member data to Excel. The data includes distinctions between members and non-members, with gym floor membership considered the base membership.

If members purchase gym memberships or opt for a combination of gym membership and personal training, they are tagged as 'members.' Conversely, members who only opt for add-on services like personal training, group classes, yoga, or Zumba without a gym membership are tagged as 'non-members.'

You can verify member categories. For instance, if there are 17 total active clients and 16 are members, then one profile is classified as a non-member. For example, Jessica Roberts is tagged as a non-member due to her subscription to personal training only.

The process to view active members is also applicable to former clients. You can access lists of ex-clients and discern between members and non-members as required. Currently, there are two ex-clients, with profiles indicating their member or non-member status.
