Viewing and Managing Tasks in CRM
This document provides a concise overview of how to view and manage tasks within a CRM platform. You will learn how to filter tasks based on various criteria, check overdue items, and review completed tasks through reports.
Step 1
To view your completed and outstanding tasks, navigate to the CRM section and select the 'Tasks' option. Here, you will find all tasks organized by filters such as due today, overdue, all due tasks, tomorrow, this week, next week, and completed tasks. By default, tasks are filtered by your name.

Step 2
If you have managerial or elevated permissions, you can adjust the settings to view tasks assigned to your colleagues. By removing the default filter, you can access tasks for all members of the Flat Iron Club.

Step 3
If no tasks are due today, switch to a different view such as overdue tasks to see all outstanding items. These tasks are displayed by their due dates, and you can manage them by clicking on the designated icon.

Step 4
After addressing tasks, you may wish to review completed tasks. You can do this by navigating to the 'Completed' tab, or by accessing the reports section. In reports, search for the 'Task Done Report' to see all completed tasks by staff member, including task outcomes, log dates, and notes.
