Step 1
Access the task screen for follow-ups to explore key member information such as the marketing source, referral contact, and personal interests. Begin by identifying the profile you need to work with. For instance, if you select the profile of Hadi, you will be able to view comprehensive details including the marketing source and the associated channel.

Step 2
Within the task screen, observe the referral contact details. For example, this particular profile was referred by Sana and currently has no open references or referrals. Additionally, under the task section where you can log information, you will find the personal interests of the member.

Step 3
Furthermore, you have access to additional notes and information on the task screen. This includes the current stage of the prospect or member. After reviewing this information, you can proceed to record the outcome of your follow-up task.
