Viewing Member Service Agreements and Statuses
This document provides a step-by-step process to review and comprehend member service agreements and their statuses. It guides you through accessing membership information, including active and expired statuses, and understanding the details related to different types of memberships such as paid-in-full and recurring memberships.
Step 1
To begin, you can review member service agreements and their statuses, such as active, inactive, future start dates, or expired. This functionality is available in our systems.

Step 2
To view the profile of an active member, navigate to 'Client Management' and select 'Active Clients.' This will display a list of members. For instance, by selecting Richard Stevenson's profile and accessing the 'Subscriptions' tab, you can see the details of the paid-in-full all-access product, including its start and end dates.

Step 3
The profile will show that this is a regular paid-in-full membership. It includes details about the base membership, invoicing, and the session owner, providing comprehensive information on the member's active membership.

Step 4
If a member has an expired membership, it will appear under the expired list. Signed agreements, such as waivers, will be available under attachments. You can view the member's details, including membership specifics and terms and conditions.

Step 5
Finally, the member's signature will be visible at the end of the document to confirm their agreement. After examining the paid-in-full membership, you can explore other types such as recurring or pay-as-you-go memberships.
