Viewing Member Workout and Class History

This document outlines the steps to access and review the workout or class history of a member through their profile. It includes how to differentiate between various bookings and understand the status of each appointment or class.


Step 1


To view the workout or class history of a member from their profile, navigate to the member's profile section. Here, you can access this information apart from the standard report view.

Within the member's profile, proceed to the 'Bookings' section. This section will display both classes and appointments the member has scheduled.

In the 'Bookings' section, you can differentiate between classes and appointments by their respective tags. For example, if a member was scheduled for a Zumba class on October 30th but didn't attend, the status will be marked as "no show."

Similarly, for personal training appointments, such as diet counseling, if the member did not attend, the status will also be marked as "no show." Any future classes or appointments will be displayed under 'Upcoming Bookings.'
