Viewing Retail Item Transaction History

In this process, you will learn how to access and present the transaction history of retail items for a client. This guide will assist you in navigating through client profiles and locating specific transactions related to retail items, including invoices, payments, sales returns, refunds, and fees.


Step 1


Begin by opening the client profile of interest. The profile should display the transaction history of retail items associated with the client. Ensure you have selected a client profile that includes relevant retail transactions.

Navigate to the top of the client profile where you will see several tabs: Overview, Activity Feed, Booking, Subscription, Transactions. Click on the "Transactions" tab. This section displays all transactions associated with the client, including invoices, payments, sales returns, refunds, retail items, and fees. Expand the "Retail Items" section to view specific transactions conducted with this client.

In the "Retail Items" section, review the transaction details. For instance, note if the client has purchased the same item multiple times.
