Why does the old name appear on the waiver and invoice even after updating the profile name?

The name displayed on the waiver and invoice is captured at the time the signup link is generated.

If the client’s profile name is updated after the signup link has already been initiated, the change will not reflect on:

  • The waiver
  • The billing details
  • The generated invoice

This is expected system behavior and not a bug.

What should be done if the name needs correction?

To reflect the updated name correctly:

  1. Cancel the existing signup link.
  2. Generate a new signup link after updating the client’s profile name.
  3. Ask the client to complete the waiver and signup using the new link.

This ensures the correct name is captured across all components.
