Booking Appointments Based on Membership Validity
This process outlines how to create an appointment while ensuring membership validity. This ensures that only members with active memberships can schedule appointments, thereby maintaining the integrity and reliability of the booking system.
Step 1
Begin the process by creating an appointment for members. This feature allows you to verify if a member has a valid membership.

Step 2
If an attempt is made to create an appointment for a name without a valid membership, the software will prevent this action. For example, let's consider the name Walter Mendes under prospects.

Step 3
Navigate to the fitness calendar. Since this prospect lacks a valid membership, add the name by searching for it. As demonstrated, Walter Mendes is a prospect, and this is a personal training session. To successfully book an appointment, the member must possess a valid membership.

Step 4
After selecting the name, trainer, date, and time (either today or a future date), attempt to create the appointment. The system will notify you if the member lacks a valid membership, prompting the purchase of credits.

Step 5
If the member does not have a valid membership, the appointment will not be booked. Conversely, when booking for a member with a valid membership, such as a client in personal training with the same trainer, you can schedule it for the next day at 9:00 AM and click "Create Appointment."

Step 6
Once the appointment is successfully created, the member's appointment will appear in the calendar. Thank you for following the process.
