Configuring Location-Based Plans and Pricing

This document provides a comprehensive overview of how to configure and view plans and pricing at a branch level. The process illustrates how pricing is dynamically updated based on location changes, ensuring that members can only access plans and pricing relevant to their specific branch.

Step 1

Explore how plans and pricing are configured at a branch level. Note that members see only the plans and pricing specifically built for their location. In this step, start by viewing the subscriptions list.

Step 2

Navigate to the admin section and access the rate card and plans. Observe the price list displayed for the current branch, Flatiron. If you switch the location to West 92nd Street, the plans and pricing change accordingly to reflect that branch. Switching back to Flatiron will revert to its respective pricing.

Step 3

Proceed to the POS (Point of Sale) page. This page displays the valid pricing that will be applied for members, ensuring they see accurate and relevant pricing information.

Step 4

Change the location to West 92nd Street. Notice that only the plans and pricing pertinent to that location are shown. When switching back, the pricing for the original location will be displayed.
