Configuring Webhooks in the Sales Pipeline Application

In this document, you will learn how to efficiently manage webhooks within the system. The steps will guide you through accessing the webhook settings, understanding the types of webhooks, and managing subscriptions effectively.

Start by navigating to the sales pipeline. This section is the starting point for managing webhooks.

Proceed to the admin section by clicking on the admin tab, which provides all the configuration options. Search for "webhooks," and you will find two types: location webhooks, specific to a particular location, and global webhooks, applicable at the company level.

For location-specific webhooks, you will receive events only from that particular location, such as new lead creation, new sale, or new transaction. Conversely, subscribing to a global webhook ensures you receive events from any location where the action takes place.

Click on any webhook type to proceed. Within this section, you can set your webhook URL, configure the webhook secret, and view the supported events, which currently number about 54. These cover all critical events, such as new lead creation, appointment attendance, and tour bookings.

You have the option to either subscribe to a new webhook or manage your existing subscriptions directly from this interface.
