Creating a Personal Training Membership Bill

In this process, you will learn how to create a Personal Training (PT) membership bill using the point of sale system. The steps involve selecting the appropriate membership package, assigning relevant details, and completing the billing process to ensure the member receives all necessary communication.


Step 1


Begin by accessing the point of sale system. Click on "Point of Sale" and search for the client whose PT membership bill needs to be created.

Choose the service category, which is the personal category. You can either source the product from the category or search for the product name directly that the member has purchased, such as the "Personal Training Three Months, 36 Sessions" package.

Select the appropriate rate. The start and end dates will depend on the member's purchase date. Since the member is already registered, a key fob is assigned to the client. Click on "Record Offline Payment" to proceed.

Complete the billing for personal training. You have the option to add the session owner at this point by selecting the trainer's name. Save the selection and proceed to create the bill by selecting the preferred mode of payment.

Step 5


Once the bill is created, a waiver for personal training will be added to the member's profile. This will be sent to the member through email or WhatsApp, as applicable, for them to sign in.

Review the member's billing details. The member is billed with the personal training package, and the waiver is pending signature. This is how the final details will appear.
