Creating and Managing Membership and Coaching Plans in Bulk
This document provides a detailed process to create membership or coaching plans, known as packages, for clubs. These plans can be configured either in bulk or for specific batches of clubs.
Step 1
Begin at the Sale CRM pipeline interface. This is your starting point for creating membership or coaching plans.

Step 2
Click on the gear icon located at the bottom of the screen and then select 'Enterprise'. Next, click on 'Create Enterprise Plan' to open the familiar plan configuration interface, which includes options such as pay-as-you-go, contract, or pay in full.

Step 3
Configure the various types of plans available. For this example, select 'Contract' and create a 12-month membership plan. The process is similar for a coaching plan, differing only in the service specifics.

Step 4
Select the services to include in the plan. In this case, it is a monthly plan.

Step 5
Decide on including key fob charges when someone signs up for the plan. Determine the billing cycle options available to members.

Step 6
Define the billing cycle options. Members can either have their billing aligned with their signup date or on a specific day of each month, such as the fifth. Multiple options can be provided.

Step 7
Since this is a 12-month contract, specify the action upon contract expiry. You may choose to let it expire, auto-renew, or convert it to a pay-as-you-go plan.

Step 8
For this example, select the option to convert to a pay-as-you-go plan and proceed to add a service.

Step 9
In the 'Add a Service' section, specify the service as a membership. Name the service, for example, 'Base Membership'.

Step 10
Select 'Convert', which turns a customer into a member upon purchasing this service. This ensures that anyone who signs up for this plan is recognized as a member.

Step 11
The status of the individual changes to 'member', and they are counted as part of the active member list. If this were a coaching plan, the flow would be similar.

Step 12
For coaching plans, all steps remain consistent. The difference is in adding the plan as a 'Coaching Plan' and specifying the number of sessions. Coaching plans are exclusive to members.

Step 13
Coaching plans are available only to those with an existing membership. If there are retail products to associate with the membership, you can configure them in this step.

Step 14
For deposits or advance rentals, configure this by stating that the last month’s payment is collected during signup.

Step 15
Set up advanced settings such as freezes, transfers, upgrades, and more during the plan configuration. Finally, click 'Create and Add Tenants' to determine where to distribute the plan.

Step 16
Choose the geographical area for the plan’s distribution. You can select by province, state, or individual centers. In this example, all centers in Maharashtra are selected.

Step 17
Proceed to configure the pricing. This step allows for custom pricing across different territories. Bulk pricing can still be applied centrally.

Step 18
Apply a tax, such as VAT, uniformly across all centers.

Step 19
If the tax does not exist, it will be created for all selected centers. Set the price, for example, at 59, and apply it to all centers.

Step 20
The tax will be applied, and any desired tax codes can be mapped individually or collectively. Save the settings to create and distribute the plan across the chosen centers.

Step 21
With these steps, the membership or coaching plan is centrally managed and created in bulk for all selected centers. Thank you.
