Prospect Capture and Interest Tracking Instructions
This document provides a step-by-step process for capturing new prospects and recording their interests efficiently. It guides you through creating a new prospect entry, filling in essential information, and tracking their service interests, ensuring a smooth workflow in prospect management.
Step 1
To begin capturing a new prospect and their interests, click on the "Create" button, then select "New Prospect." Here, you can enter the prospect's details, ensuring you provide at least one form of contact information.

Step 2
Enter the prospect's email address, gender, source of inquiry, and channel of inquiry in the respective fields. After filling in this information, you can proceed to create a new follow-up.

Step 3
For the follow-up, you might note, "Required: Ask to call next week." Schedule this follow-up for the following week. To capture the prospect's interests, you need to create an opportunity. After creating the opportunity, select the services they are interested in.

Step 4
While setting up the prospect, indicate their interests, such as personal training, membership, or yoga. These options are configurable based on your settings.

Step 5
If you missed adding client representatives, make sure to include them now. This can be done in the designated area.

Step 6
The prospect, such as John Doe, will now appear in the sales pipeline as a new lead. You can also track their interest in services, which might include "Membership," "Personal Training," and "Yoga."
