Storing and Managing Personal Training Agreements
This document outlines the process for storing a member's personal training agreement. The steps will guide you through adding or uploading the personal training waiver and managing it within the system. You'll learn how to categorize the waiver under the appropriate service and ensure it is correctly associated with a member's profile.
Step 1
Begin by setting up the capability to store a member's personal training agreement within the system.

Step 2
First, upload the personal training waiver. Once the plan is created as an admin, you must add this personal training waiver in the designated category. Here, you are demonstrating the admin part before viewing how it appears in the member's profile.

Step 3
Within the plans, navigate to the service category where the personal training agreement is located. When a member's profile is billed for a personal training plan, the waiver is sent to the member for their signature.

Step 4
For instance, consider the client "Gym PT" with a personal training product categorized as a service. Access the client's attachments to view the agreement for personal training.

Step 5
Observe that under services, personal training information is displayed. Below this, you will find the terms and conditions for personal training.
