Task Management and Reporting Guide
This document provides a step-by-step procedure to effectively manage tasks within the CRM section, including filtering tasks by various categories and viewing reports on completed tasks.
Step 1
Navigate to the CRM Section
Begin by navigating to the CRM section to manage your tasks. Within this section, you can view all your tasks organized by categories such as tasks due today, overdue tasks, all due tasks, tasks scheduled for tomorrow, tasks for this week, next week, and completed tasks. By default, tasks are filtered by your name.

Step 2
Modify Task Filters
If you possess manager-level or elevated access rights, you can modify the task filter to view tasks assigned to your colleagues as well. Simply remove your name from the filter to view tasks assigned to everyone at The Flatiron Club. If there are no tasks due today, you can switch the view to display overdue tasks.

Step 3
View and Complete Tasks
All outstanding tasks will be displayed, organized by their due dates. You can address these tasks by selecting the appropriate action sign. After completing the tasks, you can review them by navigating to the Completed tab. For a more detailed review, explore the Reports section and search for the Task Done report.

Step 4
Access Task Completion Report
The Task Done report provides a comprehensive list of tasks completed by a specific staff member. It includes details such as member names, task outcomes, log dates, and any associated notes.
