Task Management Workflow Guide
This document outlines the process of managing and updating tasks efficiently. It provides step-by-step instructions on how to access tasks, review communication history, and update task outcomes. The process also covers scheduling follow-ups and reviewing task details.
Step 1
In this video, we will demonstrate how to manage tasks effectively. On the task screen, you will see a list of all tasks due today. To proceed with a specific task, such as the one assigned to member Walter, click on it.

Step 2
You can review all previous conversation and communication history, including emails, text messages, WhatsApp interactions, and any prior notes. Navigate to the task section to view planned, open, and completed tasks.

Step 3
If you choose to engage with the task, click the checkbox. The system will prompt you to provide feedback on the call's outcome. You can select options such as no answer, left a message, contact made, booked a tour, prospect signing up, or client not interested. This process initiates the sign-up flow on-screen.

Step 4
For this example, proceed by creating a new follow-up in the contact meet section.

Step 5
Select the date for the next follow-up. Assume you spoke with Walter, and the next follow-up is set for the 17th. You can also specify the time.

Step 6
If Walter was unavailable and requested a callback next week, note this outcome and attach any relevant notes. Press submit to complete the action.

Step 7
The task is now removed from today's due list. By checking next week's tasks, you can confirm a follow-up is scheduled with Walter.

Step 8
Upon opening Walter's profile, you will find comprehensive information, including previous notes. The screen also displays marketing preferences, sources, channels, and additional details.

Step 9
All of this information is readily available for review.
