Task Overview and Filtering Guide
In this document, you will learn how to efficiently navigate and utilize the task management interface within the CRM. We will walk through accessing the task overview, filtering tasks by various criteria, and understanding the different sections related to task deadlines and categories.
Step 1
Navigate to the task overview screen to begin managing tasks effectively. First, access the CRM and select "Tasks" to open the tasks overview screen. Here, you have the option to sort tasks by staff member or task type by using the designated sorting section.

Step 2
To view task details for a specific staff member, enter the "Select Staff" section and choose the desired staff name. Your ability to view tasks is contingent on your access rights. For example, a club manager can view tasks of all team members, whereas an executive or sales membership consultant might have restricted access to other staff members' tasks.

Step 3
Corporate staff can access all task information. By deselecting all options, you will load the complete details. This demonstrates how to effectively use the staff selection filter.

Step 4
Utilize additional filters available in the "More Filter" section. You can filter tasks by type, such as calls or tools, and also by date. Moreover, you can filter by task category, which is beneficial for sorting tasks like sales-related tasks for prospects, client feedback calls for members, or fitness consultation calls for the trainer department.

Step 5
The task categories are customizable and will display according to system configuration. Categories could include training, nutrition, prospecting, or member-related tasks. The "Due Today" filter is noteworthy as it will present all tasks due on the current date.

Step 6
The "Overdue" section automatically displays tasks that are overdue, i.e., tasks with dates prior to the current date. This process is automatic, and you don't need to manually mark tasks as overdue.

Step 7
Tasks will automatically move to the "Overdue" section as the date passes. Additionally, you can filter to view tasks scheduled for tomorrow, this week, next week, and all completed tasks.
