Cross Tenant Class Booking

Cross-Tenant Class Booking – Replication Steps

I replicated the scenario and confirmed that the functionality is working as expected. Below are the steps followed:

  1. Create Plan in Tenant 1
  • Created a plan named “Allow Cross Tenant.”
  • Added the required Service Categories to the plan.
  • Enabled the permission “Members Only Service” (This service is available for purchase exclusively to members).
  • In Advanced Settings, enabled “Allow Cross Tenant Access.”
  1. Configure Class Setup in Tenant 2
  • Created the same Service Category in the second tenant.
  • Created a Class Session Pack and assigned the same service category.
    • This ensures the class can only be booked by clients who have one of the required class packs defined in the service category.
  1. Schedule the Class
  • Scheduled the class in the Fitness Calendar using the configured session pack.
  1. Book Class from Another Tenant
  • Assigned the “Allow Cross Tenant” plan to the member who wants to book classes across tenants.
  • Successfully booked the scheduled class from the different tenant using the assigned plan.

Important Note:

Cross-tenant class booking works only when the class is configured with a Session Pack.

If the class is configured with Membership + Session Pack, cross-tenant booking will not work because the system will require the user to purchase the membership in the target tenant before booking the class.
