Managing Fitness Class Bookings and Waitlists
This document provides a step-by-step process to view and manage bookings and waitlists for fitness classes using the fitness calendar. Users can also configure reservation limits and maximum waitlist capacities.
Step 1
To view bookings and waitlists, open the desired class on the fitness calendar. Upon opening, you will see various tabs, including Members Booked, Checked In, Canceled, Waitlist, and No-Shows.

Step 2
Locate the configurations for reservation limits, which dictate the maximum number of bookings allowed. Additionally, you can configure the maximum number of waitlist spots you wish to accept.
