Training Session Scheduling Guide
This document provides a comprehensive overview of the process for scheduling different types of training sessions, including individual, small group, and team training sessions. Follow the steps outlined below to efficiently set up appointments and classes within the system.
Step 1
To schedule individual training appointments, navigate to the Books section within the Fitness Calendar. This action will open the Book Appointment interface, where you can search for the member, and select the purpose, trainer, date, and time. Once all details are entered, proceed to create the appointment.

Step 2
For scheduling a small group class, access the Schedule section and select 'Schedule a Class'. From here, choose the desired class, specify the levels, class start time, and other relevant details. Once completed, create the class.

Step 3
To schedule a team class, follow the same procedure as for small group training. Access the class section labeled 'team' and proceed with the steps as outlined for small group sessions.
